Roger Griswold

Roger Griswold analyzes claims and trends to support member risk assessment with proven workshop and training recommendations. He identifies loss exposures and recommends alternative risk management techniques to our members aimed at loss and injury prevention.

As a former Police Chief, Griswold developed long-standing law enforcement policy and procedures. He has completed the Associate In Risk Management (ARM) course of study and achieved a Risk Management for Public Entities (RMPE) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.

He is a member of the Florida Sheriffs Association, and past member of the Florida Police Chiefs Association, Florida Intelligence Unit, International Association of Chiefs of Police, Big Bend Law Enforcement Association, North Florida Law Enforcement Executive Association, Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee of North Florida, Juvenile Justice Council, Region III Training and Planning Council of Florida and various law enforcement advisory committees and boards.

He is past District Director of the Florida Police Chiefs Association and served on the Board of Managers for the Florida Police Chiefs Self-Insurance Funds.
