Shannon Hill’s in-depth knowledge of risk management comes from a long insurance career. Prior to joining the Florida Risk Management Fund, Hill specialized in loss control and risk management for Hunt Insurance Group. Prior to that, she began her career at State Farm Insurance.

Hill’s research, benchmarking, training manual development and specialist support keep member training courses on track.

Her efforts are well-known throughout the state because she determines annual eligibility for awards, certificates and every year’s outstanding SHARP safe driver candidates.
