Jackie Terr

Jackie joined FSRMF in June of 2013, after moving to Tallahassee from Tampa, Florida. Originally hired as an assistant to the Member Services team, Jackie’s dedication and proven abilities led to her promotion to Associate Underwriter in 2015. Jackie currently manages daily issues and provides member services for the Florida Sheriffs Workers’ Compensation Self Insurance Fund and has been instrumental in the creation of the FSRMF electronic renewal coverage book. During 2015, Jackie received her Florida 2-20 General Lines License and works with the Florida Sheriffs Insurance Agency handling aviation coverage and surety bonds for the Sheriffs.

Prior to joining FSRMF, Jackie worked for USAA Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and an extensive background in customer service.
